Objective:For the elderly Garden III IV femoral neck fracture,the selection of the joint replacement,clinical still controversial.In this thesis,biotypes or cementless hip arthroplasty two surgical treatment for the elderly Garden III and type IV femoral neck fracture,observed in patients with pain,function,complications of femoral neck fracture surgery way choose basis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of Garden type III patients with femoral neck fracture in36cases, type Garden IV in patients with femoral neck fracture in24cases,respectively,using artificial hip replacement biological type (32cases) and bone cement type (28cases),was observed for twenty-four weeks,two weeks after operation respectively,around,twelve weeks, twenty-four weeks, to VAS scoring system for pain assessment,Harris score were hip function was assessed,and the observation of the postoperative complications in patients.Results:This article through to the Gardenlllor IV femoral neck fractures in patients with artificial hip replacement with bone cement and biological treatment the results indicate that: lpain,pain score of VAS were compared between the two groups results:after two to twenty-four weeks,biological group and bone cement group pain without significant difference (P>0.05).The hip function:on the one hand,activity,after two to twenty-four weeks,bone cement group curative effect is obviously better than the biological group (P<0.05);two,Harris score evaluation function,after two to twenty-four weeks,bone cement group curative effect is obviously better than the biological group (P<0.05).In the postoperative complications,bone cement group was significantly less than biological group.Conclusion:Artificial hip replacement with bone cement with biological type fracture of the femoral neck Garden III or IV patients pain symptoms had no significant difference,bone cement in the early recovery of function and reduce the complication than biological group,the short follow-up period,the number of cases is less,have not yet found the prosthesis loosening,fracture, dislocation complications in the near future,the bone cement with biological type for older patients is more applicable.
