Clinical Observations On The Treatment Of Insomnia (Liver Fire Harassing The Heart Type) By Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction And Three-edged Needle Blood-letting

Purpose: This article is observing the clinical efect of Insomnia（Liver Fire Harassingthe Heart Type） by modified Longdan Xiegan decoction and three-edged needleblood-letting,in order to optimize treatment for it.Method:99patients suffering from insomnia are divided into3groups.32cases are inthe A group,treated by Longdan Xiegan decoction addition–subtraction and three-edgedneedle blood-letting;34cases are in the B group,treated by Longdan Xiegan decoctionaddition–subtraction;33cases are in the C group,treated with three-edged needleblood-letting on the acupoints of①BaiHui、DaZhui②ShenTing、YinTang. When needling,sterilization is needed,and then,spike corresponding acupoint,with deep of2-5mm,generally0.5-1mm,3times1week,1time2acupoints.①、②were used alternately,One course oftreatment was6times.Result:1The two groups in age,gender, severity and duration is comparable,The resultshow that the clinical date of the three groups of patients were no difference(p﹥0.05).2In the composite clinical effect, in the A group,12cases were cured.14cases weremarkedly effective,5cases were effective,1cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was96.88%.Excellent effective rate was81.25%; In the B group,5cases were cured.13caseswere markedly effective,10cases were effective,6cases were ineffective.The total effectiverate was82.36%.Excellent effective rate was52.94%; In the C group,4cases were cured.13cases were markedly effective,9cases were effective,7cases were ineffective.The totaleffective rate was78.79%.Excellent effective rate was51.51%.Comparing the total effectiverate of A and B、 A and C、B and C groups with ridit analysis,p﹥0.05,which indicated thatthe three groups total clinical efficiency there were no difference.Comparing the excellenteffective rate of A and B、 A and C groups with ridit analysis,P﹤0.05, which indicated thatthe A group,s excellent effective rate was better than that of B and C.3In the rate of minus PSQI,in the A group,10cases were cured,17cases weremarkedly effective,3cases were effective and2cases were ineffective.The total effective ratewas93.75%.Excellent effective rate was84.38%;In the B group,6cases were cured,13caseswere markedly effective,8cases were effective,7cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was79.41%.Excellent effective rate was58.82%;In the C group4cases were cured,15cases were markedly effective,7cases were effective,7cases were ineffective.The totaleffective rate was78.79%.Excellent effective rate was51.51%.Comparing the total effectiverate of A and B、A and C、B and C groups with ridit analysis,p﹥0.05,which indicated that thethree groups clinical efficiency there is not any significant,shows that the total clinical effectof the two group have the resemble effect. Comparing the excellent effective rate of A and B、A and C groups with ridit analysis,P﹤0.05,which indicated that the A groups excellenteffective rate was better than that of B and C.4Untoward reaction:A group,the rate of untoward reaction is25.0%;B group,the rateof untoward reaction is11.7%; C group,the rate of untoward reaction is15.2%. Compared therate of untoward reaction of A、B and C groups with ridit analysis,P﹥0.05,which indicatedthat the three groups,untoward reaction there are no significant,shows that the untowardreaction of the three groups have the same effect.Conclusion: This study showed that the three groups seems to be equally effective inrate of total effecfion,but the rate of excellent effection of decoction and three-edged needlegroup is better than that of purly used decoction or three-edged needle. The method oftreatment of Insomnia（Liver Fire Harassing the Heart Type）by Modified Longdan Xiegandecoction and three-edged needle blood-letting can improve the clinical effection obviously.
