Study On The Localization Of The Public Health Service Of The Health Clinics In China’s Towns

This paper emphasizes on discussing the contemporary basic public service, especially the township public health service, has already difficult to fit and satisfy the realistic and potential needs asked by the rural residents to basic public health service and it can’t sufficiently and availably realize the core function of township health clinics in basic public health service. This paper attempts to probe the localization’s new select paths of township health clinics’ public health service, to look for new development method and to make up the contemporary township health clinics’ public service’s localization insufficient. Through the clue of localization, the paper takes a deeply analysis on localization of township health clinics. From defining the concept of public health service’s localization, analyzing the practicable basic theories and historical formation of township health clinics and its common problems confronted, and then over the case study, the paper introduces the township health clinics’s public health service’s current situation, emergent problems and deepgoing analysis of generated causes in the process of localization. Based on the deepgoing analysis, the new select path of localization of township health clinics’ public health service is the approache to remove the dilemma confronted by basic public health service.
