Study On The Preparation、Microstructure And Mechanical Property Of Polypropylene Mesh Containing Nano-silver

An effective method to preparation polypropylene mesh containingnano-silver were developed in this paper. Polypropylene antibacterial chipscontaining nano-silver were prepared by blending and granulation andcorresponding processing.Their mechanical property and microstructuralanalysis were tested to investigate the influence of the different additives ofnano-silver on the mechanics properties of polypropylene mesh. And theagglomeration of nano-silver in different samples was also observed. Theresults show that the mechanical property of polypropylene meshcontaining nano-silver could be preparated using the correspondingprocess,： In each group, nano-sliver could improve the mechanicalproperties of fiber, without significantly influence of their weight, fiberforming and fibrillation; Overall,the agglomeration increases with thenano-sliver increased，but the phenomenon was not to much. It alsoprovides a new way to get medical antibacterial polypropylene mesh.
