PurposeTo study the applied values of tumor marker protein chip for clinical.MethodsWe scaned for12tumor markers in samples from a group of12754healthy examination， and a group of patients from clinical first time.Whenever the result is positive，reback to the disease status and calculate thematch rate，and to estimate the clinical diagnosis value..ResultsThere were1509positive patients，belong973samples had beenpathological diagnosised tumor and125samples which only have clinicaldiagnosised,the other411had the positive results but benign lesionsdetection.So the match rate of positive result with tumor diagnose is72.76percent,and the cancer diagnosised patients is the5.73percent of all censuspatients.ConclusionThe positive result of12-tumor marker protein chip had the high sensitivity for cancer，can be used to be auxiliary diagnosis in clinical，andhad the inspection to be applied to clinical tumor earlier screening.
