| Department of Cardiology:The Yanan Hospital of Kunming Medical College 650031[Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of the detection of C-12 combination with CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer in Xuan Wei region.[Methods]:40 patients with lung cancer in Xuan Wei region being taken as the experimental group,38 patients with lung benign disease as the control group, C-12 and ELISA are respectively adopted to detecte the Serum Tumor Markers and the level of CYFRE21-1 in all the cases simultaneously. The positive rates of C-12 protein chip combining with the double positive rate of C-12 protein chip and CYFRE21-1 are compared to analysize the relations between Tumor Markers and clinicopathologic features of the lung cancer and evaluate the diagnostic value.[Results]:The positive rates of C-12 were 75%(30/40),36.84%(14/38) in trial group, benign pulmonary lesion group. the remarkable differences between the two groups have statistical sifnificance.The positive rates of CYFRA21-1 were52.5%(21/40),7.89%(3/38) in trial group, benign pulmonary lesion group. the remarkable differences between the two groups have statistical sifnificance. The positive rates of CYFRA21-1 joint C-12 were 92.5%(37/40),42.11%(16/38) in trial group, benign pulmonary lesion group. the remarkable differences between the two groups have statistical sifnificance. The serum levels of the tumor of markers, including CEA,CA-199,CA-125,CA-242,CA-153 the remarkable differences between the two groups have statistical sifnificance. The sensitivity rate of C-12 were 75%(30/40), The specificity rate of C-12 were 63.16%(24/38), The accuracy rate of C-12 were 69.23%(54/78), The sensitivity rate of CYFRA21-1 were 52.5%(21/40), The specificity rate of CYFRA21-1 were 92.11%(35/38), The accuracy rate of CYFRA21-1 were 71.79%(56/78), The sensitivity rate of United detection were 92.5%(37/40), The specificity rate of United detection were 57.89%(22/38), The accuracy rate of United detection were 75.64%(59/78)。The positive rates of CYFRA21-1 were 81.80%(18/22) in in squamous cell carcinoma. The positive rates of CYFRA21-1 were 12.5% (2/16) in adenocarcinoma.[Conclusion]:The detection of C-12 combining with CYFRA21-1 has important accessory diagnostic value for the differential diagnosis of the patients with lung cancer in Xuan Wei region. The level of Serum CYFRA21-1 was observed significant correlation with Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma. |
