Chongqing Municipality Oral Outpatient Medical Care To Select The Preliminary Analysis Of The Factors And Satisfaction

Oforal out-patient service quality overall status of Chongqing Municipality,as well as ways of improving the quality of oral outpatient medicalservices countermeasures to provide some reference for oral health careagency managers and the relevant regulatory authorities.Methods: Combined with the reality of the Chongqing MunicipalDental Clinic medical services through stratified multistage clusterrandom sampling to select adult patients in589visits to all levels of theoral representation of medical institutions in Chongqing Municipality,refer to observe Noriaki Kano ’s,1984questionnaire two-dimensionalquality model, using5Likert scale, general information, select the choiceof factors of oral outpatient medical institutions, and oral outpatientmedical service, satisfaction and willingness to re-treatment questionnaire,backed up by individual patients with in-depth interviews and objectiveevaluation of oral health observation for Chongqing Municipality oral outpatient medical care choices influencing factors, oral outpatientmedical service quality, satisfaction with the status quo and re-visits thewishes of the relevant survey data. By the test, analysis ofvariance,Spearman correlation analysis, Logistic stepwise multipleregression and other statistical methods to analyze the survey data.Results: The statistical results show that the main reason forChongqing city residents for treatment Dental Clinic is currently seekingburst of oral disease treatment (62.72%); more willing to choose thenearest dental specialist medical institutions for treatment (68.98)%; paymore attention to specialist medical institutions, technology protection,more advanced equipment, services and better for the environment(79.83%); more concerned about the medical treatment process atreasonable prices (36.61%) and doctors (73.05%); more worried about thepoor treatment effect (accounted for44.75%) and doctor’s low level oftechnology (54.75%); want to choose a doctor with a higher technicallevel (76.95%) and have good communication and exchange capacity(39.15%).The total evaluation of patients with oral outpatient medical servicesaccounted for78.22%of the589patients surveyed are satisfied, which ismost satisfied with the medical staff service attitude and professional skills;not satisfied and dissatisfied patients accounted for1.20%, mainly mostdissatisfied with long waiting times (25.59%) and high medical costs (24.92%); educational attainment and satisfaction of oral outpatientmedical services, one-way analysis of variance found a significantdifference (P <0.05), primary or Junior Division, the total satisfaction oforal outpatient medical services was significantly lower than the illiterategroup, college or university, graduate or above group; different medicalexpenses to pay overall satisfaction with oral outpatient medical servicesdo one-way analysis of variance found a significant difference (P <0.05),which participate in the commercial health insurance group oral outpatientmedical services, total satisfaction significantly higher than the basicsocial medical insurance group, and at their own expense group (P <0.05);a further treatment will do logistic stepwise regression analysis found thatgender, education level, marital status, occupation, medical expenses,payment affect the willingness to re-treatment; Retreatment intentions, andsatisfaction spearman correlation analysis, a statistically significantdifference (P <0.0001), r=.3244, a positive correlation.Good oral outpatient medical services in Chongqing Municipalitysatisfaction survey reliability and validity, The Cronbach’s=0.968, patientsatisfaction surveys and evaluation of oral outpatient medical servicesSpearman correlation coefficients ranging from0.8560to0.5354, withThe strong correlation.Conclusion: In short, satisfaction with the overall evaluation of theoral outpatient medical services in Chongqing Municipality, the social assessment has yet to be improved, the overall level of oral and outpatientmedical services could be improved, oral medicine, science mission needsto be strengthened.
