Objective: To study the expression of Galectin-3, Ang-2and LI-cadherin inprimary hepatocarcinoma(PHC)tissue and study of Clinicopathological. Methods: This investigation will detected the expression of Galectin-3, ofAng-2and LI-cadher in35liver cancer specimens and10normal liver tissueslices by immunohistochemical staining and And then correlation among theclinical and pathological analysis. Results: Galectin-3protein was not expressed in normal tissues, The positiveexpression rate of94.3%in hepatocellular carcinoma,16.1%in the adjacentnoncancerous tissues, Significantly higher than normal tissue and adjacentnoncancerous tissues, There was significant difference between the two(X2=12.13,P<0.05)。Galectin-3expression in hepatocellular carcinoma it has nosignificant correlation to the patients’ gender, age, tumor size, Pathologicalgrading, tumor thrombus in portal-vein and lymph node metastasis. Ang-2protein was not expressed in normal tissues, The positive expression rate of54.3%in hepatocellular carcinoma,9.68%in the adjacent noncanceroustissues, Significantly higher than normal tissue and adjacent noncanceroustissues, There was significant difference between the two(X2=8.367,P<0.05)。Ang-2expression in hepatocellular carcinoma it has significant correlation to the Pathological grading, tumor thrombus in portal-vein andlymph node metastasis(X2values were12.98,8.95,7.64, P <0.05), but it has nosignificant correlation to the patients’ gender, age, tumor size.LI-cadherinprotein was not expressed in normal tissues, The positive expression rate of68.6%in hepatocellular carcinoma,22.6%in the adjacent noncanceroustissues, Significantly higher than normal tissue and adjacent noncanceroustissues, There was significant difference between the two(X2=5.86,P<0.05)。LI-cadherin expression in hepatocellular carcinoma it has significantcorrelation to the tumor size, tumor thrombus in portal-vein and lymphnode metastasis(X2values were3.987,5.973,6.462, P <0.05), but it has nosignificant correlation to the patients’ age, gender, Pathological grading. Theexpression of Galectin-3and Ang-2in hepatocellular carcinoma has nosignificant correlation (r=-0.718). The expression of Galectin-3andLI-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma has no significant correlation(r=-0.213). The expression of Ang-2and LI-cadherin in hepatocellularcarcinoma has no significant correlation (r=-0.146).Conclusion:1、The high expression of Galectin-3、 Ang-2、 LI-cadherin in primary liver cancer, is correlation to occurrence anddevelopment of primary hepatocarcinoma.2、LI-cadherin expression in primary hepatocarcinoma hasnegative correlation to the diameter of hepatocellular carcinoma, portal vein tumor thrombus and lymph node metastasis.3、The expression of Galectin-3Ang-2, LI-cadherin expressionin hepatocellular carcinoma has no significant correlation to each other.
