ObjectiveResearch and discussion the quantitative classification method of occupationalhazards assessment in construction item which is depend on the occupational hazardswork level quantitative evaluation, build a kind of occupational hazards assessmentquantitative classification of mathematical model, and the quantitative classificationmodel was applied in occupational hazards assessment of construction item indifferent industries and different types of work.MethodsOn the existing domestic and international construction project occupationhazards evaluation and classification methods were reviewed, according to theconstruction item the main occupation hazards types, properties, harmfulness andprotective effect, study of construction item occupational hazards quantitativeclassification index, related factors and system, to determine the level of occupationhazards and weight, exposure level and weight, through to the main quantitativeindicators, proposed the construction item occupation hazards evaluation on thequantitative classification of comprehensive index R, to quantify damage degree level,determine the construction project categories, The quantitative classification ofcomprehensive index method applied to5different types of construction itemoccupational hazards assessment work was verified, and the test results wereevaluated.ResultsEstablishment of occupational hazards assessment quantitative classificationmethod of formulating comprehensive index model was. When occupational harm comprehensive index R≤5, occupational hazards was minor;5<R≤10, occupation hazards was general;10<R≤30, occupational hazards washeavier; R>30, occupational hazards was extremely heavy. Using the quantitativeclassification of occupational hazards evaluation method of comprehensive indexmethod,5type of different occupational hazard in construction items were assessed.Occupational hazards index of R were40,16,8,4and15, respectively. The results ofquantitative classification and assessment method are in accordance with practice.ConclusionThrough the establishment of assessment model and its practical application, toestablish the occupational hazards assessment quantitative classification index wasfeasible. The quantification in the classification on the realization with the highaccuracy was not affected by the subjective influence easily and in line with the actualsituation, so it was more objective and convincing for making construction projectoccupation hazards evaluation. It was contribute to the occupational healthsupervision and management personnel to make the final decision, improvingconstruction item assessment and supervision management and evaluation of theefficience. And further optimized model and through the establishment of database,construction project occupational hazards classification software would beestablished.
