Objective:Postoperative intravenous analgesia with Butorphanol is widespread used in patients. But Butorphanol has many adverse reactions such as dizzy and hypersomnia. Flurbiprofen is a new non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) which exert analgesic effects by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins and the adverse reactions of gastrointestinal was significantly lower than other similar drugs. In this study, we wanted to compare the effects and adverse reaction of flurbiprofencombined with different dosages butorphanol for patients undergoing postoperative PCIA after stomach cancer surgeryMethods:Sixty ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients undergoing stomach cancer surgery with general anesthesia were randomized into group A, B, C,20cases in each.in Group A flurbiprofen(100mg)+butorphanol(6mg)+0.9%Nacl solution added to100mL,in Group B flurbiprofen(100mg)+butorphanol(8mg)+0.9%Nacl solution added to100mL, in Group C flurbiprofen(100mg) butorphanol(10mg)+0.9%Nacl solution added100mL.butorphanol lmg and tropisetron5mg were was injected before the start of PCIA. The VAS and Ramsay score at2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,48h after operation, the number incidence rate of side effects were recorded.Results:1. The VAS score of each phase of the time after operation proves. A group was higher than the group B and C, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the VAS score of group B and C did not see obvious difference.2. The Ramsay score of4h,8h,12h and24h of group C was higher than A and B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).3. Comparison of the incidence of adverse reaction:within48h the incidence of headache of group C was higher than A and B, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), three groups of patients had no respiratory inhibition, itchy skin, abnormal bleeding and other harmful response.Conclusion:Flurbiprofen100mg combined with butorphanol8mg for stomach cancer postoperative patients control vein analgesic effect is good, and the incidence of adverse reaction is less.
