The Observation On Postoperative Patient-controlled Intravenous Analgesia Sufentanil And Flurbiprofen Axetil For Mid And Upper Abdominal Surgeries

Objective To investigate the feasibility and suitable dose of sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen used in postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA),through observing the analgesic effect and the side-effect of different dose of sufentanil, fentanil combined with flurbiprofen axetil, for PCIA inpatients undergoing mid and upper abdominal surgeries.Methods 80 patients undergoing mid and upper abdominal surgeries were randomized equally into 4 groups with different prescription.(Group F:fentanil 15ug/kg+flurbiprofen 2 mg/kg+ ondansetron 8mg;Group S1.5:sufentanil 1.5ug/kg+ flurbiprofen 2mg/kg+ ondansetron 8mg;Group S2.0:sufentanil 2.0ug/kg+ flurbiprofen 2mg/kg+ ondansetron 8mg;Group S2.5: sufentanil 2.5ug/kg+ flurbiprofen 2mg/kg+ ondansetron 8mg).Visual analogue scale (VAS) score in quiet,sedative scores, vital sighs including SpO2,HR,BP,and side-effect including nausea, vomit, pruritus, uroschesis, button-pressing times,degree of satisfaction were assessed at 4,12,24 and 48h after surgery.Results The VAS in group S2.0 and S2.5 were better, especially at 4h and 12h after surgery; The button-pressing times in Group S2.0 and S2.5 were less than S1.5, especially at 4h and 12h after surgery; The sedative score in group S2.0 and S2.5 were suitable;The side-effect in group S1.5 and S2.0 were less; The degree of satisfaction in group S2.0 were higher.Conclusion PCIA with a combination of sufentanil and flurbiprofen axeyil produces better analgesic effect, and less side-effet.Group S2.0 were better than others.
