Clinical Study Of Myofascial Pain Syndrome Of Scapula Region By Acupuncture Combined With Blood Letting On Weizhong

Objective observation on the acupuncture and pricking blood on WEIZHONG therapy for Back Myofascitis clinical efficacy, looking for the treatment of Back Myofascitis with good method.Methods Select the90eligible patients of Back Myofascitis were used as samples, randomly assigned to appoint in acupuncture and pricking blood on WEIZHONG treatment group, acupuncture control group I, appoint in pricking blood control group Ⅱ, the treatment group and the control group Ⅰ, the control group Ⅱ with30cases in each.The use of internationally recognized McGill Pain Question simplification were observed, three groups of patients were measured before and after each course of treatment of pain assessment index(PRI), visual analog scale(VAS) and present pain intensity(PPI) to evaluate the scoring.According to the integral before and after treatment to measure treatment effects were observed on these three different methods of clinical efficacy of Back Myofascitis, and compare the differences in efficacy among.the three groups.Results PRI,VAS and PPI rating of three indicators, acupuncture and pricking blood on WEIZHONG treatment group, acupuncture treatment group and control group, the pricking blood on WEIZHONG treatment group before and after treatment were different(P<0.01); treatment group and control Ⅰ, Ⅱ group were73.3%more, respectively,36.7%,43.3%, by ridit test, the treatment group and the control Ⅰ, Ⅱ compare to the rates between the Groups was the more both P<0.001, and between groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were P>0.05; treatment group than the other two control groups compare the effective duration of these cases P<0.01, treatment comparison between the control group P>0.05.Conclusions1the acupuncture and pricking blood on WEIZHONG therapy for Back Myofascitis had obvious effect and it is a better than the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.2The same course of treatment, The effects acupuncture treatment and pricking blood therapy for Back Myofascitis are equivalent, but in clinical operation patients are more likely to accept the latter treatment, because of its relatively short operation time, less pain.
