The Clinical Observation Of Chu Shi Yin On Treating Eczema(Damp-Heat) And The Impact Of Chu Shi Yin On Serum IL-1β

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi Yin on eczema(Damp-heat) and the influence of Serum Gastrin.Providing a better curative effect,more convenient and no toxic and side effect therapy for the clinics.Methods Effect of120patients were observed.setting up two groups in random,60cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Chu Shi Yin,60cases in comparison group which have oral administration of Ku Shen Pills,with eight-week course of treatment.Detect Serum Gastrin level by IRMA in psotiatic serum and comparing in pretherapy with post-reatment.Results①The total efficiency rate in treatment group is81.67%and the comparison group is56.67%,having the remarkable different(P<0.01).②The EASI scores are significantly improved in the treatment group (P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the difference is remarkable (P<0.05).③The degree of itching are significantly improved in the treatment group (P<0.01),better than the second group (P<0.05).④The treatment group significantly reduced the ratio of patients Interleukin-1β(P<0.01), better than the second group (P>0.05).Conclusion①Chu Shi Yin have a better effect on eczema(Damp-heat) than Ku Shen Pills.②Chu Shi Yin can adjust the level of disorder in Interleukin-1β.
