Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the vertebral artery-basement system transient ischemic attack vertigo by yang orifices promotion acupuncture treatment.Methods:64patients were randomly divided into two groups:Therapy group and control group.There are32cases in each group. The control group were treated conventionally by Shu Xuening and Kai shi injecta; The therapy group were treated as the same as the control group but plus by acupuncture treatment. According to "Chinese disease diagnosis efficacy standards" to determine efficacy, observing the curative effect of acupuncture.Results:Two groups of patients situation were improvement,and their grades both were markedly reduced. There were significant differences compared with the control group. Results There was significant different of total efficacy between the treat group and contrastive group.(P<0.05), the former was superior to the latter.Conclusion:Yang orifices promotion acupuncture treatment of vertigo (vertebral artery-basement system TIA) curative effect for sure, and conventional treatments and acupuncture treatment of intervention can obviously improve the curative effect.
