Clinical Observation Of Yishenpinggan Compound’s Treatment Of Early Renal Injure Of Essential Hypertension And Microalbuminuria

Purpose：This study monitors the changes of the symptoms and indexes that arerelated to the essential hypertension patients with early renal injure before and aftertreatment, to observe yishenpinggan compound ’s effect of intervention and treatment toearly renal injure of essential hypertension.Methods：To gather60patients that are essential hypertension patients with earlyrenal injure, all the cases are outpatient and inpatient that come from the second affiliatedhospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December2010toDecember2011. A total of60patients were randomly divided into experimental group andcontrol group, each group have30cases. Both groups were requested to be low-salt diet,quit smoking and wine, attend to appropriate physical exercise, etc; combinedhyperlipidemia and hyperuricaemia to treat in time. According to the disease, all patientswere given felodipine tablets5~10mg/d, on the basis of antihypertensive therapy, ifnecessary, plus metoprolol tablets25~50mg/d.The experimental group were givenyishenpinggan compound while the control group were treated with Okra capsules.Courseof treatment were2months. The laboratory parameters,such as urinary microalbumin,urine osmolality, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), β2-microglobulin,lipids and so on, were observed before and after treatment. At the time, we must observethe changes of24h ambulatory blood pressure, Clinical symptoms, tongue and pluse.Results：After two months treatment, the total efficiency of the experimental group is 93.3%, that of the control group is66.7%.By the Wilcoxon rank sum test,Z=-2.547,P=0.011, P<0.05，the difference were prominent. The experimental group aresignificantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of dizziness,headache, backache, nocturia, five upset hot, choroid blood stasis, tongue and pluse,reducing urinary albumin and blood pressure, increasing urine osmolality（P<0.01or0.05）.Conclusion：Yishenpinggan compound was proved to be effective to improve theclinical symptom and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom, tongue and pulse.It has a significant effect in reducing urinary albumin and blood pressure, increasingurine osmolality. What we have mentioned above described that Integrative Medicine hasan advantage in reducing the renal injure of essential hypertention.
