Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction On Urinary Microalbumin In Essential Hypertension

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating hypertensive microalbuminuria with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Sixty hypertensive patients with urinary microalbumin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to Doll’s table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group: 1.Nifedipine controlled-release tablets(trade name: Baixintong,Bayer Medical and Health Co.,Ltd.,30mg/tablet),30mg/time,once a day;2.Irbesartan tablets(150mg/tablet,Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,150mg/time,once a day).Take medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,take a course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.Chinese herbal decoction was modified with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.The prescriptions were as follows: Astragalus membranaceus 80 g,Dangshen 20 g,Baizhu 15 g,Angelica sinensis 10 g,Licorice 6g,Tangpi 10 g,Yanhusuo 10 g,Danshen 10 g,Taoren 10 g,Dilong 12 g.(The Chinese medicines used are purchased by the pharmacy department of the Dianjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and monitored by the Deputy director-level physician of the pharmacy.)One dose per day,totalling 400 ml,and 200 ml warm in the morning and evening.Take medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,take a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated after one course of treatment.Mainly observe and analyze the two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome integral efficacy,blood pressure drop efficacy,urinary microalbumin effect.Result:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 96.7%,and that in the control group was 83.3%.The rank sum test showed that the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was P=0.037<0.05.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of TCM syndromes between the two groups.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were lowerthan those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the blood pressure indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 90.0%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance,indicating that both groups had clinical feasibility.4.The levels of urinary microprotein in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The levels of urinary microalbumin in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the test value t=-2.241,P=0.029 < 0.05 were obtained by t-test,suggesting that the decrease of microalbumin in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.5.During the treatment of two groups of patients,2 patients in the treatment group had skin itching,and 1 patient in the control group had poor acceptance,with no significant difference(P>0.05).It has no obvious toxic and side effects and can be popularized and applied in clinic.Conclusion: This study shows that Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively alleviate the TCM symptoms of hypertensive patients with urinary microalbumin Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,reduce the integral of TCM syndromes,and reduce urinary microalbumin without obvious adverse reactions.It shows that Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is safe and effective in treating microalbuminuria Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hypertension,and can be further popularized and applied.
