| Objective: To evaluate the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TEAS)on reproductive outcome in patients treated with in-vitro-fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).Method: A total of150patients preparation of IVF/ICSI-ET or frozen-thawedembryo transplantation were randomly divided into the observation group with62peopleand the control group with60people. The observation group was treated withtranscutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation, while the control group was treated withplacebo treatment(mock HANS).Both two groups were respectively before embryo transfer24hours and30~120minutes after embryo transplantation. Choose Xuehai,Diji,Guilai,Zigong, before embryo transfer, with the frequency of2Hz, current of15~20mA; choose Zhongwan,Shenshu, Zusanli, Taixi, Guanyuan, after embryo transfer, with the frequency of2Hz, current of8~15mA.Compare the embryonic, endometrialthickness and endometrial type of two groups of patients.Analysis of two groups ofpatients with endometrial under flow type, subintimal arterial pulsatility index(PI), theresistance index (RI), systolic/diastolic blood flow index (S/D). Campare the subjectiveanxiety, COR the first day after embryo transfer, implantation rate and the clinicalpregnancy rate between two groups of patients. Results: Two groups of patients transplanted embeyonic, endometrial thickness, endometrial type no difference. Compare the situation after treatment:1.The observationgroup endometrial blood flow resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), systolic/diastolic blood flow index (S/D) were significantly decreased(P<0.05).2. In the observation group.,the first day after transplantation of adrenal cortical hormone levels(COR) were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).3. Two groups ofpatients after treatment (VAS subjective anxiety scale) there were no significantdifference (P>0.05).4. In the observation group, implantation rate and clinicalpregnancy rates were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (TEAS) can enhancethe endometrial receptivity; Inhibition of the sympathetic nerve excitability, reducedallograft uterine contraction pain; Effectively relieve patients anxiety and tension by theregulation of the HPA axis; Improvement of IVF/ICSI-ET or frozen-thawed embryotransplantation on pregnancy rate. |
