Clinical Observation On Long-distance Guiding Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation For Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation under remote guidance on knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis from February 2018 to January 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and Shengai TCM were collected and randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated by remote guidance:patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation under remote guidance;Group B is in-hospital treatment group:patients with knee osteoarthritis are treated by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in hospital;Group C is the traditional electric acupuncture treatment group:the traditional electric acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Liangqiu Acupoint,Xuehai,Dubi,Yinlingquan,Zusanli and Pain Points were selected as treatment points for the three groups of patients.week was continuously treated once a day for 30min each time.The clinical effects of each group after treatment were evaluated by VAS score and WOMAC score before and after treatment.Results:all the three groups of methods were effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.VAS score and WOMAC score after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The results of transcutaneous point electrical stimulation under remote guidance are similar to those of transcutaneous point electrical stimulation in hospital,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation and traditional electric acupuncture are both effective in treating knee osteoarthritis;2.The effect of remote instruction therapy is similar to that of in-hospital therapy,and remote instruction therapy is more convenient and simple.
