| Purpose：This topic monitors Diabetic nephropathies（DN）patients＇changes inrelevant symptoms and indicators before and after treatment to explore Tangshenkanggranules＇advantages of DN patients＇Urine osmolality and blood sugar,blood lipid.Methods：A total of60patients observed are hospitalized patients in my hospital inOctober2010~October2011,who meet in the internationally recognized scholar ofDenmark Mogensen of the scientific diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy（Ⅲ,IV）.The experimental group were randomly divided into experimental group and controlgroup.Both groups were requested to be low-sugar low-fat diet,and subcutaneousingNovolin30R to control blood glucose2times a day.The experimental group were givenTangshenkang granules while the control group were treated with Ginkgo biloba. Course oftreatment were2months. Clinical symptoms and Urine osmolality，serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,blood sugar（BS）, TriglyceridesResults：The experimental group are significantly better than the control group inimproving the clinical symptoms of drinking more than thirst,frequenting urinationquantity,limbing edema and limping waist and knees,reducing urinary albumin and theBS,BUN,TG（P<0.01）.Conclusion：Tangshenkang granules has a significant effect in improving the mainclinical symptoms and it has a significant effect in reducing Urine osmolality. improving therenal function and regulating blood sugar and blood lipid. |
