Objective For inside and outside incision anatomical type steel plate and doublebone graft Schatzker â…¤, â…¥treatment of the clinical curative effect of fracture of tibialplateau provide reliable clinical data and experimental data support.Methods This study30cases are all derived from the April2010to November2011in shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during orthopaedic wardaccord with the â…¤ Schatzker criteria, â…¥type of fracture of tibial plateau hospital patients,all use inside and outside incision anatomical type steel plate and double bone graft surgery,and the postoperative active guiding function rehabilitation exercise, prevent theoccurrence of complications. The disease-free1month,3months,6months,12monthsoutpatient service review, the shooting X-ray observations and judge the fracture healing,and check the knee function activities,12months after the knee rating standard applicationHSS knee rating, observe the curative effect.Results30patients, HSS knee rating results show that the optimal18cases "good"in8cases, can be in3, sent in1, and total was86.7%.Conclusion The inside and outside incision double corrugated steel sheet andanatomical bone graft Schatzker â…¤, â…¥treatment of fracture of tibial plateau can get goodclinical curative effect. Finally to restore the flatness of the joints, back to normal forceline and the joint stability, restore the joint function scope and reduce the occurrence ofdegenerative osteoarthritis.
