Objective: Through the statistics and analysis of the clinical data, to summarize thecorrelation between the main symptoms, signs, related diseases and the drugs commonlyused, to discuss the method of treatment based on drug compatibility features andsyndrome differentiation in the process of Professor Ding Shuwen curing coronary heartdisease angina in order to guide clinical practice better. Methods: Retrospectively choosing200complete case data of patients with coronaryheart disease and angina in the outpatient service of Professor Ding Shuwen from March2010to January2012to calculate the frequency of TCM syndrome types, symptoms, signsand related diseases, classify the drugs with the highest frequency according to drug effect.Exploring the law of drug compatibility between drugs commonly used through theexploratory factor analysis and researching the correlation between clinical data and drugsthrough the logistic regression analysis.Results:(1)12types of TCM syndromes appeared and104traditional chinesemedicine were used in200cases, the types with the highest frequency were qi deficiencyand blood stasis(56%), both qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis(14.5%), blood stasis andtoxic heat (9%); in the top10of the Chinese medicine were huangqi, chuanxiong, maidong, wuweizi, shuizhi, shenggancao, yuanhu, bingpian, gegen and sanqifen. The drugs weregrouped into9groups including supplementing qi and nourishing yin, clearing heat anddetoxicating, promoting blood circulation and stopping pain according to drug effect, ect.(2) The result through the exploratory factor analysis to the law of drug compatibilitybetween drugs in the top30flavour chinese traditional medicine indicated that there were14groups of drug compatibility, and in the top3groups were huangqi, maidong, wuweizi(86%), chuanxiong, shuizhi, bingpian(68.5%) and yuanhu, sanqifen,bingpian(62%).(3) The result of logistic regression analysis on the clinical features anddrug compatibility showed that pectoralgia(B=0.825,OR=2.282) and dark purple tonguecoating(B=0.812,OR=2.234) were positively correlated with the use of chuanxiong, shuizhi and bingpian, pectoralgia(B=0.916,OR=3.498) was actively related with the use ofyuanhu, sanqifen and bingpian and so on.(4) The result of Logistic regression analysis onthe related disease of200patients and drug revealed that: gouteng(B=4.897,OR=133.889)was positively correlated with hypertension, caojueming(B=4.224,OR=68.337) wasactively associated with hyperlipidemia, qinghao(B=3.402,OR=30.027) was positivelyrelated with arrhythmia (premature beat). Conclusion: In the process of Professor Ding Shuwen treating coronary heart diseaseangina pectoris, huangqi, maidong and wuweizi aiming at supplementing qi and nourishingyin, chuanxiong, shuizhi, bingpian, yuanhu and sanqifen aiming at promoting bloodcirculation and stopping pain, lianqiao and huanglian aiming at clearing heat anddetoxicating were often used as a matter of routine. Gouteng was more used whencoronary heart disease angina accompanied with hypertension, caojueming was oftenused when accompanied with hyperlipidemia, qinghao was often used when accompaniedwith arrhythmia (premature beat). |
