Purpose:To Investigate and study the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine andrelated influence factors of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, to provide areference for clinical treatment.Methods:1. By looking up the medical record home basic information, questionnaire andface-to-face diagnostic methods to collect relevant information of the116patients withcoronary heart disease and angina pectoris who are in hospital of Liaoning province people’sHospital Department of cardiology ward in2012April to2012December.2. Applying SPSS17.0software for116patients of coronary heart disease and anginapectoris with TCM syndrome, and risk factors were analyzed, drawing the related conclusion. Results:General data shows that it has65male patients,51female patients, in the age of50-69years old have the higher incidence,60-69years old have the highest incidence, and there isno significant difference between different genders in incidence.116patients suffer from highblood pressure with more than50%, with statistical difference (P <0.05); the proportions ofobese patients are also more than50%, with statistical difference (P <0.05);111patients arewith cardiovascular risk factors, with statistical difference (P <0.05). According to the survey, distribution of the TCM symptoms is phlegm blocking heart-vessels (42.24%)、 deficiencyof qi and yin(14.66%)、deficiency of qi leading to blood stasis(13.79%)、stagnant blockadeof heart blood(12.93%)、stagnation of qi in cardio-thoracic (8.62%)、deficient and weakyang qi(7.76%). Body mass index(BMI) of phlegm blocking heart-vessels、stagnantblockade of heart blood、stagnation of qi in cardio-thoracic、deficient and weak yang qi arehigher than normal level, comparing with the other two syndromes with statisticaldifference(P <0.05). The clinical symptoms of116patients are blood stasis(63.79%)、phlegm(58.62%)、 qi deficiency(43.10%)、 blood deficiency(27.59%)、 Yangdeficiency(23.28%)、yin deficiency(19.83%) and cold coagulation(18.97%). Conclusion:The investigation shows that the incidence rate of different genders has no significantdifference; people over the age of50are the high risk population; hypertension and obesityare the most common risk factors of coronary heart disease, which have significant statisticaldifference(P<0.05). Phlegm blocking heart-vessels is the most distribution of type in patientsof Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, Clinical symptoms are mainly phlegm, bloodstasis and qi deficiency.
