Clinical Study On The Relation Of Pathomorphological Classification And Tumor Markers Indication Levels Of Non-small-cell Lung Cancer With Its Dialectic Classification In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Observing the pathomorphological cassification and tumor markersindication levels of non small-cell lung cancer in order to the relation with the dialecticclassification in traditional chinese medicine.Methods: Detect levels of12tumor markers of54pulmonary carcinoma patients and30normal people by C-12and collect the pathomorphological results.Results:The indication of CEA、CA242、CA125、CA153、CA199of the pulmonarypatients are higher than those of mormal patients(P<0.01).The level of CEA、CA242、CA153don’t have obvious differention in the six dialectic classifications in traditionalchinese medicine(P>0.05).The level of CA125consists most in the Qi deficiency andphlegm dampness,and then decrease from the two type of deficiency of lung andkidney,the two type of deficiency of Qi and Yin, Qi stagnation and blood stasistype,internal heat due to yin deficiency type,to the excessive heat and toxin type,besidesthe level of CA125in the last type is obvious least(P<0.01).The level of CA199in Qistagnation and blood stasis type is obvious excessive than the others(P<0.01),while the restare without obvious diferentions.Conclusion: Squamous carcinoma is common in Qi deficiency and phlegm dampnessand Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, adenocarcinoma is common in internal heat due toyin deficiency and the two type of deficiency of Qi and Yin, CEA、CA242、CA153、CA125、CA199is valuable compoundings of NSCLC and have certain relations with thedialectical diagnosis in Traditonal Chinese Medicine.
