Objective:This research provides an analysis of Children with Tourette Syndrome inpatients with child body mass of the sub-type of Chinese medicine and physical fitness andthe occurrence of Children with Tourette Syndrome related factors to explore traditionalChinese medicine and the physical development of Children with Tourette Syndrome andthe inherent relationship between the rules of traditional Chinese medicine Childrenwith Tourette Syndrome theoretical basis for physical research and clinical Children withTourette Syndrome on the prevention and treatment of new ideas for expansion. Methods:Cross-sectional study using epidemiological methods in strict accordance with thestandards and exclusion criteria into the selection from February2010to February2012the subsidiary of Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine Shandong University Qilu Hospital outpatient visits have been carriedout the relevant examination and diagnosis of pediatricTourette’s patients. Investigation ofselected patients including general information signs and symptoms and laboratory teststongue and pulse and physical type and finally to establish a database for statisticalanalysis. Results:In this study a total of150cases of selected cases which accounted for75.3%of male patients female patients accounted for24.7%male to female ratio3.05.Constitution of TCM qi quality and phlegm for more than accounted for34.7%and30.0%respectively followed by special intrinsic quality yin deficiency accounting for14.7%and12.6%respectively while the gentleness is rare accounting for only2.7%. Visible qi qualityand phlegm multiple by analyzing the various TCM constitution and tic form factorscorrelation analysis suggesting that the gentleness with Tourette factors associated with theleast to adjust the constitution to prevent children prone tic constitution; tic to provide abasis. Cases the duration and severity of disease and physical analysis to calculate the physical tic development. In the course of the disease phlegm and yin deficiency with theextension of the course there is a growing trend and gentleness with the extension of thecourse the decreasing trend; severity aspects of qi quality and serious condition of yindeficiency gentleness mild and damp-heat a comprehensive analysis to draw qi qualityphlegm tic high~risk physical crowd so that the clinical emphasis on high-risk groupsprovide guidance and suggestions of patients with prevention and treatment of childrenwith Tourette. Conclusion:TCM constitution form than qi quality and the proportion ofphlegm qi quality and phlegm in children with Tourette physical constitution types;gentleness and tic recurrence rate of the leastqi quality phlegm and yin deficiency with ticform factors; the most obvious physical symptoms of yin deficiency qi quality and phlegmtic occur.
