Discusssion On The Relevant Factors Of Relapse Of Tourette Syndrome And The Relativity Of TCM Constitution

Objective:According to research related factors leading to relapse in children with Tourette(TS)and Chinese medicine constitution and make the comparative analysis between the Children with and without relapse.Exploring the correlation between various factors and TCM constitution and the relapse,which provides reference for the prevention and treatment of TS.Method:For the children with and without relapse,a total of 134 people,each group of 67 people to investigate and identify the affected factors respectively.Sorting on the survey data,comparativing analysis of the differences between two groups of cases influencing factors and TCM constitution;SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in sex and age,and they were comparable.Genetic factors,perinatal factors,the case group compared with the control group,using the Fisher accurate test,respectively,P = 0.693,P = 0.062,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the history of medication,compared with the control group,the Fishertest,P = 0.023,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared with the control group,the Fisher test was accurate and P= 0.004,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Dietary factors,compared with the control group,using the Fisher accurate test,P = 0.001,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The disease factors were compared with the control group by Fisher exact test,P = 0.016,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The disease factors were compared with the control group by Fisher exact test,P = 0.016,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);It indicated that TS recurrence was related to medication history,social environment factors,dietary factors,disease factors and mental factors.The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,compared with the control group,using Fisher's exact test,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation,intrinsic quality,quality and P values were 0.112,0.621,0.318,0.055,the difference was not statistically significant;phlegm,yin deficiency P values were 0 and 0.001,the difference was statistically significant.That phlegm,yin deficiency constitution and two kinds of TS recurrence correlation.
