| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liver Kidney Treatment of senilefatty liver, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: randomized single blind controlled isdivided into60cases of elderly patients with fatty liver Liver kidney treated group andXuezhikang control group,30cases in each group, two groups at a reasonable diet, regularexercise, and stop give Liver kidney treatment of other medical therapies for this diseaseon the basis of the treatment group and control group was given Xuezhikang, three monthsafter the drug efficacy assessment, observation and treatment before and after the mainsymptoms and signs, laboratory tests of liver function (ALT, AST, and of γ-GT), lipids (TGand TC), liver B-mode ultrasound imaging changes and observation of safety indicators.Results: The treatment group, the total effective rate was86.7%, with the control group,the total effective rate compared to70%, with significant differences (P <0.05). Treatmentgroup, blood lipids, liver function, liver B super than before treatment was significantlyimproved. Conclusion: Liver kidney in order to significantly improve the clinicalsymptoms of elderly patients with fatty liver, improve blood lipids, liver function, improvepatients’ quality of life, has important clinical value. |
