Clinical Observation On TCM Syndrome And Quality Of Life In Patients Who Is Type Of Shen-xu Hypertension Treated By Bu-shen Method

Purpose:Target organ protection, total cardiovascular risk reduction, and quality of life were included in the treatment of hypertension. This study aimed at through the discussion of the effect of the therapy of Tonifying the kidney (Bu Shen Jiang Ya Fang and Bu Shen Yi Xin Tablet) in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension antihypertensive effect, TCM symptoms and quality of life in patients with improvement, to summarize the clinical experience and provides further useful basis for TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypertension.Method:This study intends to use prospective randomized method, clinical into 100cases of patients with mild to moderate hypertension conforms to the standard, patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The treatment group to the foundation of Western medicine Amlodipine Besylate Tablets 1 slice QD blood pressure plus Bu Shen Jiang Ya Fang and Bu Shen Yi Xin Tablet of the treatment; the control group to the basic Western medicine Amlodipine Besylate Tablets 1 QD blood pressure, both of the observation for 3 months. Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of blood pressure, TCM syndrome score, patient’s physical symptoms, work status, sleep, quality of life, and so on.Achievements:Clinical studies show that both groups had good antihypertensive effect, total antihypertensive effective rate (treatment group vs control group:95% vs 90%); curative effect observation of 24h ambulatory blood pressure:before and after treatment in two groups trough peak ratio and smoothness index group were compared with statistically significant difference between the two groups, before and after treatment in the two groups trough to peak ratio and exponential smoothing the difference between two groups were compared with statistically significant difference (P< 0.01), the treatment group than the control group; quality of life improvement, two groups before and after the treatment of a number of indicators have improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group index. Further show that for patients with kidney deficiency type hypertension, in routine use of benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets on the blood pressure at the same time, treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bu Shen Jiang Ya Fang and Bu Shen Yi Xin Tablet to further improve the efficacy of Western medicine alone.Conclusions:In the conventional benzene sulfonic acid ammonia amlodipine antihypertensive treatment based on, and given Bu Shen Jiang Ya Fang and Bu Shen Yi Xin Tablet syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, can further smooth control of blood pressure and improve the quality of life of patients, such as physical condition, physical symptoms, work status, sleep improvement. At the same time, also provides the method and basis of practical treatment of hypertension with TCM Decoction and tablet combined with syndrome differentiation.
