Objective: The goa1of this experiment is to observe therapeutic effect ofJiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction through the treatment of spontaneously hypertensiverats（SHRs） on Hypertension kidney damage. Measure the SHRs’ change of bloodpressure，discusses the related mechanism.Method: With15weeks of age male WKY（n=6） and SHR（n=30） as the researchobject，Random to them in different groups: Model control，Jiaweitianmagoutengyingroup，Two drug combinations fosinopril group and Two drug combination group.In thesecond week respectively began to fill each group of rats stomach with water，Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction，fosinopril，combinations.In the1week，the7week andweek13，separately measure blood pressure and test urine mALB and urineβ₂－MG.Result:Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction can significantly reduce the level ofSHRs’blood pressure， mALB and urineβ₂－MG（P<0.05），and it’s curative effect isbetter than model control group（P<0.05）. The effect of combination group curative effect isbetter than fosinopril（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction can significantly reduce the level ofSHRs’blood pressure and can protect the kidneys and can slow the progress of thehypertensive renal impairment. It is the intervention of the early renal damagehypertension an effective drugs. Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction and conventionalwestern medicine combined application effect is better.
