Objective: the inhibition effect of inflammation of early renal damage owned byspontaneously hypertensive rat, SHR with the method of using YangGan YiShuigranule.Methods:12-week-old male homologous fellow SHR (n=16) were studied and8sameage WKY (Wstar-Kyoto,WKY) rats were used as normal controls.A weeklater,Adaptive feeding rats-SHR are randomly divided into SHR model group,largedoses YangGan YiShui granule group,middle dose YangGan YiShui granule group andWestern medicine group.All rats were given standard rat diet and in addition two timesa week to feed them the boiled egg albumen and1day1mice is fed with1/4boiled eggalbumen.Experimental groups began to be offered with water,large and middle doses ofYangGan YiShui granule and Benazepril to intervene when they were12-week-old.Measure the systolic blood pressure (SBP) of the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR)by tail-cuff methods,the urinary mALB concentration by radioimmunoassay,theCAM-1mRNA,PPARγmRNA expressions of the kidney tissues in each group byRT-PCR and ICAM-1,eNOS protein expression of the kidney tissues by western-blotrespectively at the following time:before the experiment (12weeks of age),the6th weekof the experiment,the12th week of the experiment (the18th week of medication,28weeks of age).Results:Compared with the model group,large dose group,middle dose group ofYangGan YiShui granule and western medicine group can obviously lower the level of the blood pressure of tail artery(P<0.05or P<0.01),and can significantlyreduce the level of mALB in urine(P<0.05or P<0.01).The expression levels of t-he ICAM-1mRNA,PPARγmRNA,ICAM-1and eNOS in kidney tissues of the rats decrease in large dose group,middle dose group of YangGan YiShui granule. Y angGan YiShui granule can gradually decrease the blood pressure of the ICAM-1mRNA,PPARγmRNA,ICAM-1and eNOS in kidney tissues and imrove the condition of rats with hypertensive renal damage.Conclusions:YangGan YiShui can significantly control the expression ofinflammatory cytokines of SHR in order to reduce the damage to kidney tissue and inturn protect the kidney.
