Prevention Study Of Hypertensive Population Based On The TCM Model Community-the Research About The Relationship Between The Prehypertension Crowd TCM Syndrome Types And Arterial Stiffness

Objective:Using the cross-sectional survey method, to research the relationship between the different Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome types and arterial stiffness, and that will provide a theoretical basis for further intervention and research.Methods:Through a standard form of questionnaire survey to collect age, sex, weight, height as well as other baseline information, information on cardiovascular risk factors and quantitative data classification, screening out1050prehypertension people older than18years who work in the organs and institutions in Ping Yuan county of Shandong Province during July2008to mid-January2012. Establish a single and combination syndrome types among the excess liver-fire syndrome, accumulation of phlegm-dampness, simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang and Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency as the standard sub-type according to the "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles". Diagnosis of Kidney Deficiency, the diagnosis cannot be established from non-kidney deficiency syndrome; based on "Chinese medicine reference Deficiency Syndrome" divide Kidney Deficiency Type and non Kidney Deficiency Type. Use non-invasive detection devices to measure the central aortic pressure and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity to compare the parameters in different syndromes.Results:(1)The distribution of common syndromes of prehypertension people is the excess liver-fire syndrome (252/766), Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency (272/766), simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang (155/766)the other three symptoms of the sample size constitutes a relatively small share, so they are not confirmed the clinical significance of statistical range. In the dialectical investigation, screen out kidney deficiency type269cases,305cases of non kidney deficiency type.(2) After correcting influential factors, standard types main artery elasticity parameters are not significantly different(P>0.05).(3)After correcting influential factors in kidney deficiency type and non kidney deficiency type, there are significant statistical differences in baPWV、cSBP、AI、 AIP75(P<0.05), there is no different in ABI (P>0.05).Conclusion:The standard syndromes of prehypertension people are the excess liver-fire syndrome, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency and simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang, After correcting influential factors,there are no significant differences between standard syndromes in arterial stiffness parameters.lt is mean that there maybe no relationship between standard syndrome types and arterial stiffness; Compared with non-kidney deficiency syndrome, Kidney deficiency syndrome pulse wave velocity is significantly faster and higher, as well as cSBP、AI、AIP75. That is to say, arterial elasticity is decreased more significantly and arterial stiffness is significantly increased in kidney deficiency syndrome. On reflecting arterial stiffness changes, the differentiation system of kidney deficiency syndrome and non kidney deficiency syndrome may be more sensitive than the differentiation system of the standard types.
