Clinical Observation Of Washing With Bixieshenshi Soup Addition And Subtraction For Peiranal Eczemaof Damp-heat Pouirng Downward Syndrome

Objective: Observe use Bixieshenshi soup addition and subtraction outside washtreatment of perianal eczema of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome clinical curativeeffect.Methods:60cases of anal pruritus after anorectal surgery were divided into twogroups at random: The therapy group with30cases was employed Bixieshenshi soupaddition and subtraction. The compare group with30cases was treated by Xiaofansan.Inthe study,before and after treatment,the clinical symptom and the related indexes,such ascurative effect was observed.Result: The treatment group and control group,no significant difference in cure rat（ep﹥0.05）.The treatment group before and after the treatment symptom scores is7.83±2.41respectively,1.50±1.48, there is significance diference before and after treatment（p﹤0.05）. The control group before and after the treatment symptom scores is7.87±2.35respectively,1.67±1.54, there is significance diference before and after treatment（p﹤0.05）.Conclusion: Treatment group and control group total effectiveness non-differentlyfunctioning,this prove that Bixieshenshi soup addition and subtraction outside washtreatment have certain curative effect for perianal eczemaof damp-heat pouring downwardsyndrome.
