Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Based on the objective indicators of scoring the TCD and symptoms, tostudy the clinical effect of applying “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as the mainmethod to treat Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type (CSA)and explore themechanism.Methods:60patients diagnosed as Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type(CSA)were divided into two groups at random. Among them,the test group(30) treatedby “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy” as the main method;the control group(30)treated by Sibelium Medicine Treatment.The difference in improvement ofTCD,symptoms and physical signs was observed between the patients of two groups aftertherapy.Results:There are remarkable differences in the improvement of TCD, symptomsand physical signs between the two groups after therapy (p<0.01), and no obviousdifferences in VA(s)、VA(m)、VA(PI)and BA(s)(P>0.05), and remarkabledifferences are found after therapy on VA(d)、BA(d)、BA(m)、BA(PI)、symptomsand physical signs.(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the test group is100.00%,and thetotal effective rate of the control group is93.33%,the test group is superior to the controlgroup.Conclusion:The improvement of TCD, symptoms and physical signs after thetherapy of applying “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as the main method in treatingCervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type (CSA) is superior to the Sibelium. “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as the main method is more superior than the soleintake of Sibelium. This method is simple, safe,green non-toxic side effects, easy-to-bepatients and can be effective in preventing recurrence. It can be used as an ideal therapy forpatients,and is worth promoting.
