Observation Of The Immediate Effect To The ST-T Segment On EKG By Ginger-separated Moxibustion And Electroacupunture "Lingtai" And "Shendao" Points In Inferior And Lateral Heart Wall Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: This study was to observe the immediate effect of the ST-T segment onEKG in the inferior and lateral heart wall of the coronary heart disease and to provideobjective evidence for optimization of clinical acupuncture or moxibustion.Methods: According to the changes of EKG before treatment,60patients withcoronary heart disease were divided into Ginger-separated moxibustion"Lingtai" and"Shendao" Points group and Electroacupunture"Lingtai"and"Shendao"Points group,30cases in each group. The changes of the immediate effect of the ST-T segment of EKG ofeach group were observed before and after the treatment in both groups.Results: The T waves of Ⅱ, Ⅲand avF leads group and V4, V5and V6leads grouphad significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.01). There was significantdifferences after treatment between T waves between the two groups (P<0.05),Electroacupunture" Lingtai" and"Shendao"Points group was to be more effective than theother group in the Ⅱ, Ⅲ, avF leads group of T waves. Electroacupunture" Lingtai"and"Shendao"Points group trend to be more effective than the other group in the V4, V5,V6leads group of T waves. The ST segments in each group had significant differencesbefore and after treatment (P<0.01). There existed no significant differences after treatmentbetween ST segments between the two groups (P>0.05), but Electroacupunture" Lingtai"and"Shendao"Points group trend to be more effective than the other group in the V4, V5,V6leads group of ST segment.Conclusion: Both Ginger-separated moxibustioning "Lingtai" and "Shendao" Points and Electroacupuncturing “lingtai” and “shendao” points can ameliorate the ischemia statein the cardiac-muscles of both inferior and lateral heart wall of the angina pectoris in CHD,and in improving the myocardial ischemia of inferior wall of heart, Electroacupunture "Lingtai" and"Shendao"Points groupis superior to Ginger-separated moxibustion"Lingtai"and "Shendao" Points group,and in improving the myocardial ischemia of ateral heart wall,Electroacupunture" Lingtai" and"Shendao"Points group had a trend to be superior toGinger-separated moxibustion"Lingtai" and "Shendao" Points group.
