| Patients with chronic tonsillitis Chronic tonsillitis after ignition technology (Burning technology) treatment, drawn tonsil tissue before and after treatment with HE staining and immunohistochemistry, and then under an optical microscope image acquisition and observe the analysis of helper T lymphocytes(CD4+lymphocytes) and changes of the number of suppressor T lymphocytes (CD8+lymphocytes), and ultimately explore TCM burning the treatment of chronic tonsillitis treatment mechanism and its effectiveness, safety, practicality.Methods:Collected a total of30cases of tonsil tissue in patients with chronic tonsillitis before treatment, TCM ignition technology treatment during the six months, corresponding to30cases of tonsil tissue, collected again before and after a total of60specimens were used as the experimental group, in addition to select10healthy volunteers, collected a total of10cases of tonsil tissue specimens to be used as an experimental reference group. Experimental groups: patients with chronic tonsillitis without the burning of the Chinese medicine before treatment after enrollment whichever is the tonsil organization sent to the Department of Pathology, as a specimen for pathological analysis, then these30patients, the treatment of Chinese medicine burning, six months after the same way whichever corresponds to the tonsil tissue for pathological analysis. Reference group:a quantitative analysis of10cases of tonsil tissue in healthy volunteers using the same method of experimental group.Results:1,(?)TCM burning before treatment, the number of CD4+lymphocytes was significantly lower than the number of the reference group, two numerical difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Chinese medicine after burning in the treatment of the experimental group, CD4+lymphocyte number significantlyincreased compared with the ignition before the numerical difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and a reference group of CD4+lymphocyte counts compared with no significant difference (P>0.05); TCM burning before treatment, experimental group of CD8+lymphocyte count was significantly higher than the number of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2, TCM burning treatment, the experimental group of CD8+lymphocyte counts decreased significantly, compared with burning before there was significant difference (P <0.05), and a reference group of CD8+lymphocyte count was no significant difference (P>0.05);3, before TCM burning treatment of CD4+lymphocytes and CD8+lymphocyte ratio significantly less than the number of reference group, the differencestatistically significant (P<0.05); TCM ignition technology after treatment of CD4+lymphocytes and CD8+lymphocyte ratio increased significantly compared with burning before the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and reference groupCD4+lymphocytes and CD8+lymphocyte ratio showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1,On the stage of experimental study that burning before chronic tonsillitis patients, the number and average area of the germinal center of lymphoid follicles in the tonsil tissue was significantly higher than healthy volunteers groups, suggesting that these patients the existence of immune mechanismabnormalities, which play a crucial role in helper T lymphocytes and suppressor T lymphocytes change to maintain homeostasis and regulate the body’s immune function is more important, the analysis of the palatine tonsil crypts from the above experimental results, especiallyAMD organizational structure dysfunction may lead to the incidence of chronic tonsillitis, and to further study the pathogenesis.2, pre-treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis, tonsil tissue in patients with chronic tonsillitis tonsil tissues of CD4+lymphocyte number was significantly lower than the expression in healthy volunteers and tonsil tissue after burning in the treatment of CD8+lymphocytes was significantly higher than expression in healthy volunteers and the burning in the treatment of tonsil tissue CD4+lymphocytes and CD8lymphocyte ratio of treatment was significantly less than in healthy volunteers, and burning in the treatment of tonsil tissue CD4+lymphocytes and CD8 lymphocyte ratio expression, suggesting that burning technology has a role in regulating the tonsil local immune function.3, suggesting that TCM ignition method may help to improve the barrier function of the crypt epithelium, but also helps improve the immune function of tonsils and a great role in promoting the recovery of epithelial barrier function of the crypt of the tonsil tissue. |
