Abstract:objective:By Elexa branded method after treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis, tonsil tissue were harvested in the light microscope the number of macrophages and the HE staining tonsil pathological changes in the structure, to explore the treatment of chronic tonsillitis cauterization of the possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods:Treatment of collected cauterization before treatment, after 6 months a total of 30 patients with chronic tonsillitis all 30 tonsil tissue samples, the experimental group,10 patients with other volunteers to take samples of tonsil tissue as a reference group. Experimental group:cauterization before treatment, patients with chronic tonsillitis forceps tonsil tissue for pathology examination, then underwent cauterization treatment of six months the same again after forceps biopsy in patients with tonsil organizations. Pathological steps:the materials in the tonsil tissue fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin, sliced into Sum thick, re-HE staining, confirmedthe lymphoid follicles and thenOK immunohistochemical observation of CD-68 macrophages, HE pathological staining observed under light microscope and the number of lymphoid follicles in tonsil germinal center size。CD-68 before and after contrast observation changes in the number of macrophages, the number of tonsil tonsillar lymphoid follicles and germinal centers the size of the change. Reference groups:normal tonsil tissue for these steps to observe the results of pathology. Results:1, cauterization of the law before treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis tonsil tissue macrophages was significantly higher than the number of volunteers tonsil tissue, statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment of cauterization, the tonsil tissue samples significantly reduced the number of macrophages and expression than that before treatment were significantly different, statistically significant (P<0.05); than normal tonsil tissue expression is similar between the two was not significant (P> 0.05); 2, cauterization of the law before treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis tonsil tissue was significantly higher than the number of lymphoid follicles in the tonsil tissue of volunteers, with statistical significance (P<0.05); treatment of cauterization, the tonsil tissue samples significantly reduced the number of lymphoid follicles, and expression than that before treatment were significantly different, statistically significant (P<0.05); than normal tonsil tissue expression is similar between the two was not significant (P> 0.05).3, cauterization of the law before treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis tonsil tissue significantly larger than the size of germinal center tonsil tissue of volunteers, with statistical significance (P<0.05); treatment of cauterization, the tonsil tissue samples germinal center significantly shrinking the size of normal or higher than the expression before treatment were significantly different, statistically significant (P<0.05); than normal tonsil tissue expression is similar between the two was not significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1, treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis, the tonsil tissue macrophages and the number of lymphoid follicles and germinal centers, significantly higher than the volunteer population size, suggesting that such patients have abnormal immune mechanism.2, after treatment in patients with chronic tonsillitis, tonsil tissue macrophages and significantly reduced the number of lymphoid follicles, germinal center, or not seen narrowing, suggesting that cauterization method capable of regulating local immune function of tonsils.3, the pathogenesis of chronic tonsillitis and tonsil tissue structure may be particularly crypt epithelial ultrastructure in the pathogenesis play an important role in the research, if successful, will be the pathogenesis of chronic tonsillitis study the new phenomenon.
