| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the stomach I side of each card type for functional constipationMethods:Check Hubei Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical College, Jingzhou Hospital Department of Gastroenterology and outpatient from June2010to December2011confirmed70cases of patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group,40patients in the control group of30cases, the treatment group taking the side of the stomach a day,3times service; the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol4000powder,2bags each time, twice daily for4weeks. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy.ResuIts:1. Two groups in gender, disease duration, card type, and other basic information on the significant difference (P>0.05), are comparable.2. The total effective treatment of functional constipation in the treatment group was significantly higher, with significant differences (P<0.05). 3. Clinical syndrome types of functional constipation, the treatment group has a significant effect, than the control group.Conelusions:Stomach I Treatment of functional constipation is effective, has significantly improved its various clinical syndrome type. Worthy of clinical application. |
