The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Bushen Huayu Fang In Treating Hypomenorrheal After Artificial Abortion Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy of Bushen Huayu Fang which cure hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion operation with the elinical Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney and blood stasis, and to compare and analyze relevant factors.Method:We selected45examples patient which diagnose hypo menorrhea after abortion operation with the elinical Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney and blood stasis, and treat them with Bushen Huayu Fang for three menstrual cycle which is one treatment. After one treatment, observe menstrual recovery situations, Chinese medicine syndromes improve situations, thickness of endometrial in late-secretory stage and changes in early follicular phase of sex hormones, compare the efficacy in the different age group, duration group and the number of artificial abortion group, and observe the adverse reactions during take medication.Result:According to the clinical efficacy criteria, the total effective rate is86.67%, according to the Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy criteria, the total effective rate is91.11%. the efficacy compare in the different age group:The different age groups have no significant differences (P>0.05), there has good efficacy of Bushen Huayu Fang (BS for shot) which hypo menorrhea after artificial abortion operation with the Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney and blood stasis, and the efficacy is similar, the efficacy compare in the different number of artificial abortion group:The efficacy of one to two artificial abortions obviously batter than the three to four artificial abortions and greater than or equal to five artificial abortions, but the efficacy of the latter two groups have no significant differences.The efficacy compare in the different duration group:The efficacy of three to six months duration obviously batter than the seven to twelve and greater than twelve months durations, but the efficacy of the latter two groups have no significant differences. Before and after treatment, thickness of endometrial in late-secretory stage have significant differences, and endometrial after treatment has obviously thickened.The sex hormones in early follicular phase before and after taking medicine have no obviously changed, and all have within the normal range. During take medication, we have not found the adverse reactions.Conclusion:Supplement Kidney essence, circulate blood stasis and regulate menstruation is a important principle of curing the disease. Through using the Bushen Huayu Fang can batter recovery menstrual volume, improve Menstrual texture and color, and accompanying symptoms, and the drugs are safe. By observed the efficacy has showed:between efficacy and age, duration, the number of artificial abortion all have no relationship. But the less number of artificial abortions, short duration patients have batter efficacy.
