Objective: To assess the risks for Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) inChinese people. Methods: We comprehensively searched the databases including CNKI, CBM, VIP, MEDLINE disc about the risks for Gastro-esophageal reflux disea-se in Chinese people in recent15years. The literatures were screened preliminaril-y according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Six case control studi-es were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria at last. Meta an-alysis revealed gender1.06(0.92-1.21),routine intake of greasy food2.14(0.84-5.44),excessive eating1.99(1.26-3.16),routine intake of sweet food1.36(1.21-1.52),con-stipation1.77(1.44-2.18).Some other factors were systematically enumerateed. Conclu-sion: Systematic review revealed unhealthy lifestyles were significantly associatedwit-h GERD. Such as excessive eating、routine intake of sweet food、constipation,et al. Some factors such as gender、BMI were no matter with GERD.But still exi-st some factors have less effect with GERD...
