The Related Factors Of New Atrial Fibrillation Early Following Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics and risk factors of new Atrial Fibrillationin patients with Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery,reference to the clinicaldecision-making. Methods:Two hundred and seventy-three consecutive patients in firstaffiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university underwent isolated Off-pump CoronaryArtery Bypass Graft procedure from Jan.2008to Mar.2011were reviewed,who weregrouped on the basis of whether AF occurred.The preoperative,intraoerative andpostoperative relevant factors were analyzed,from which high risk factors of AFweresereened with statistic methods. Results:12.8%patients developed post-Off-pumpC-ABG.Univariate analysis showed that patients in AF proup compared with those innon-AF group were more likely age、a history of smoking、hypertension、the maximumP-wave durations left atrial enlargement、Left ventricular diastolic end of diameter、LVEF、Stenosis surpass50percent in proximal and median segments of RCA、multivesselcoronary artery disease（≥3）、total volume of chest drainage24hours after operation，and above of the facters to the new Atrial Fibrillation in patients with Off-pumpCABGwere different significantly in statistics(P＜0.05).Stepwise multivariate Logisticregression analyzes showed that advanced age(＞65years)，Stenosis surpass50percent inproximal and median segments of RCA、the maximum P-wave durations（＞110s）、LeftAtrial Dimension（＞40mm）、LVEF＜40%were highly related to post-. AF. Conclusions:The incidence of AF in patients early following Off-pumpCABG was12.8%%in thisstudy. Advanced age(＞65year)、Stenosis surpass50percent in proximal and mediansegments of RCA、the maximum P-wave durations（＞110s）、Left Atrial Dimension（＞40mm）、LVEF＜40%were independent risk factors of post-Off-pumpCABG AF.
