| Objective: To draw Uighur (hereinafter referred to as the Uighurs) and Han Chinesefull-term newborns after birth hour bilirubin mean curve, and analysis of relevant factorshours after birth of the Han and bilirubin values, for neonatal hyperbilirubinemiacomprehensive prevention and treatment of the red pigment hyperlipidemia to providereasonable, scientific and theoretical basis. Methods: from March2010to March2011,First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, was born the baby wardgestational age≥37weeks and birth weight≥2500g full-term neonates after birth,every6h monitoring by96h skin bilirubin (TCB), until after birth, the bilirubin data todraw dimensional Han hour bilirubin after birth, the mean curve; analysis of relevantfactors hours of bilirubin in the Han and after birth. Results:1276cases of neonatalcorresponding to different hours of age the bilirubin value is included in the analysis. Theresults showed that:1Han and after birth hour bilirubin change with age after birth, toextend gradually increased, and can come to Han after birth hour bilirubin changes thanthe Uighurs newborn;2in the mode of delivery, feeding patterns of these two influencingfactors analysis can be seen that the Han and Uygur newborns after birth selected24h,48h,72h,96h when age comparisons were statistically significance. Conclusion:1Han andnewborn hour bilirubin normal guidance of the occurrence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemiaand treatment plays an important role;2understanding of the relevant factors hours afterbirth, bilirubin of newborn comprehensive prevention and treatment of children withhyperbilirubinemia to provide reasonable, scientific and theoretical basis. |
