Objective:To research the level of IL-2.IFN-γ and IL-17in blood-heated syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris;, Analysis the correlation of the level of IL-2、IFN-y and IL-17with PASI (psoriasis lesions area and severity score); observe the clinical efficacy of NB-UVB combined with LiangXue Xiaofeng decoction treatment of blood-heaed syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and the influence to the level of IL-2, IFN-y and IL-17, and to explore the correlation between PASI and the level of IL-2, IFN-y and IL-17.Explore their roles in the pathogenesis of psorisis and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment.Method:103cases with blood-heaed syndromeof psoriasis vulgaris was enrolled into this study along with50normal human controls.The severity of psoriasi was evaluated by PASI(psoriasis lesions area and severity score).103cases of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups, group A treating with Liangxue xiao feng decoction combined with NB-UVB, the group B alone treating withNB-UVB, group C alone treating withLiangxue Xiaofeng decoction. ELISA (Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) was used to detect levels of IFN-y,IL-2and IL-17in the blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal controls group, and the two groups were compared; analysis of the level of IFN-y, IL-2and IL-17in Group A, Group B and Group C before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of them, analysis the correction of IL-2, IFN-yand IL-17with PASI score.Results:1.IFN-γ、IL-2and IL-17were expressed in both blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris group and control group; the level of IFN-y,IL-2and IL-17was significantly higher than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).2.The levels of IFN-y, IL-2and IL-17and PASI was positively correlated(p<0.05), suggesting that level of IFN-y, IL-2and IL-17and psoriasis the severity of the disease are closely related,they can be used as a reference index of evaluation of psoriatic disease activity.3.The level of IFN-y,IL-2and IL-17were decreased in group A than before., the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) The level of IFN-y, were decreased in group B than before. the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).The level of IL-2wre decreased in groupC than before, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)4.The level of,IL-2and IL-17were decreased significantly in group A than in group B; The level of, IFN-yand IL-17were decreased significantly in group A than in group C, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)5.PASI were decreased significantly in group A than in group B and C, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)6.The recurrence was lower in group A than in group BConclusion:Thl and Thl7may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.in the treatment of blood-heated syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris NB-UVB combined with liangxuexiaofeng decoction is a good choice and worthy of promotion. |
