| Objective:We studied how an acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise which in the hyperthermia but different humidity conditions influences the wrestlers’body composition, energy metabolism, some adipose metabolism and body fluid metabolism related hormones, such as leptin, visfatin, adiponectin, vasopressin, aldosterone and so forth. Based on the comparison of biochemical indicators under different humidity conditions, the study was to compare the weight control effects in dissimilar groups, thereby reveal the appropriate training humidity conditions in the wrestlers’weight control and loss period.Subjects and methods:9young men wresters, respectively completed a single bout50minutes,65%V02max intensity running exercise in the33℃and three different humidity conditions (about40%,60%and80%) in three weeks. Indices were tested pre-and post the acute exercise. We chose the most effective humidity condition of the aerobic exercise, and then for a week of aerobic exercise at the same environment, observed the effect of the weight control and loss.Results:1〠After an aerobic endurance exercise, body weight was significantly lower than before.2〠There were no differences of the energy metabolism in three humidity conditions, but60%was the highest. In40%and60%humidity condition, the body fat rates declined after the exercise, and had very significant difference.however,80%humidity were significantly different.3〠Serum leptin, visfatin, adiponectin rose significantly in60%humidity condition. After the exercise In all three humidity, serum aldosterone and vasopressin hormone reduced very significantly than before.4ã€Serum HDL and CHOL was raised after the exercise in40%humidity.5ã€In60%humidity condition, compared with the pre-exercise, serum Cl-〠Na+and K+had significantly increased.6〠Compared pre-and post a week experiment, serum TG decreased significantly, and the rest of the indices had no obvious difference.Conclusions:1〠In all three humidity, because of the dehydration, body weight reduced significantly. And, as the moisture gradient rose, the dehydration increased.2〠In60%humidity condition, compared with the other two humidity, energy metabolism increased, body fat rates dropped significantly, and Serum leptin, adiponectin levels rose significantly, these changes was positive for reducing body fat. And body water content scaleno had no change. Serum aldosterone and vasopressin reduced very significantly. Considering the effect of the different humidity under the environment of hyperthermia body weight loss through aerobic exercise, we found that, in60%humidity environment, wrestlers’weight control and loss reached the best effect.3, After a week of33℃,60%humidity condition,65%V02max intensity aerobic exercise, body weight had no change.4〠After a week training, serum TG level was significantly lower. |
