Clinical Observation On Tongxinluo Capsule In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease After Intervention And The Effects On Hemorheology

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Tongxinluo on patients with angina after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) treatment, and detecting the index of hemorheology after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Investigate the clinical treatment of Tongxinluo capsule after PCI treatment in coronary heart disease,For pharmaceutical intervention in the clinical treatment of such patients to seek effective methods and treatment ideas.Methods:A total of60patients with CHD who received PCI were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases; ana control group (30cases).The patients were treated either with routine medicines, including aspirin, clopidogrel, statins and other drugs, after PCI(control),or with Tongxinluo combined with routine medicines, Four each, three times daily treatment for4weeks. Were observed before and after treatment to compare the TCM Syndrome,Angina,ECG changes;and detection of hemorheology.Results:After the treatment, The number of angina pectoris. TCM symptoms, ECG, Significantly decreased compared with before treatment. The hemorheology indexes were measured before PCI and after PCI. Whole blood viscosity was obviously decreased in all patients(P<0.05). The viscosity was lower in Tongxinluo group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine medicines obviously improves hemorheology after PCI, Can alleviate the symptoms of coronary heart disease after PCI in patients with angina pectoris.Improve the TCM Syndrome the total effect.Can improve coronary intervention in patients with postoperative ECG performance.Tongxinluo capsule is effective, and worthy of further promotion and application.
