Study On Tongxinluo Capsule In Preventing And Treating Coronary Restenosis After PTCA

Objective :To probe probe the clinical effect and mechanism of Tongxinluo capsule in preventing and treating coronary restenosis after PTCA. Methods :61CHD (coronary heart disease) patients who had accepted PTCA treatment successfully were randomly divided into 2 grups ,the herbal group (32cases)and the comparative group (29cases) and then clinical research was done by observation of the patients clinical ECG symptoms during stress, blood lipid -sugar levels ,blood pressure and cardiac funtion. 26 tamed hares were made into models of coronary restenosis. And the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on their ET , NO, NO/ET, SOD, LPO and expression of HSP 70 gene were observed .Results :Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms ,cardiac function and myocardial ischemia ,at the same time ,It can reduce blood lipid-suga level ,lower blood pressure and reduce recurrent incidence of angina pectoris of the the patients after PTCA ;The following findings are shown by animal experiment ;Tongxinluo capsule can improve the modles' NO level ,erythrocytic SOD and expression Of HSP 70 gene but reduce their ET and LPO level .It also can regulate the balance between ET and NO .Conclusions :With antioxidization Tongxinluo capsule can inhibit the lipid hyperoxidation on the help to relieve the damage to endothelium .In addition ,through antithrombosis, inhibiting the proliferation of SMC (smooth muscle cell)and reconstruction of the vessels Tongxinluo capsule can prevent the restonosic formation after PTCA at different segments and levels .
