As the living standard of the Chinese people improved constantly, some outdated dietaryconcept still influenced the feeding inclination of the people, lead to the decrease in the healthlevel and many chronic diseases among the common people. The overwhelming majority ofpeople eagerly look forward to increase their constitution and living standard through the healthfood. The thesis probed present dietary idea and behavior by means of the questionnaireinvestigation, then sized up the influence factors of the Chinese people food education, thereforeput forward some solving strategies in order to elevate the food education level of Chinesepeople.The paper gained the data through the questionnaire investigation and did the analysis ofthose statistical figures in so as to study the present Chinese people food education state of affairs.The analysis result indicated the overwhelming majority of people have little nutrition elementaryknowledge, dietary safety common sense and cooking knowledge. Although some people madecorrect choice of nutrient intake volume, but they obtained the knowledge by ways of personaldietary habits and maternal influence not the reasonable nutrition knowledge, dietary safetycommon sense and cooking elementary knowledge. Some people take in seriously exceeded orcan not come up to recommendation intake volume from the balanced diet pagoda, and make thatunreasonable food habit becoming main content of their daily diet. The unhealthy food habitembedded hidden danger for their physical health. The probe proved that publication andpromotion of the food education in China is extremely urgent.The survey improved content of the food education according to analysis of document dataand authentic proof study. Not only emphasized education of the food idea, but also the scientificfood behavior. On this basis, the paper put forward the cultivation of the children and deepening,cementation in the middle schools and universities. The improvement on the food behavioramong the people and relative regulations and laws would achieve the aim of the publication andelevation of food education.
