Clinical Research On Treatment Of The Stagnation Of Cold And Damp Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Sinitang Combined With Diane-35

Purpose:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Si Ni Tang combined with Diane-35in treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) diagnosed stagnation of cold and damp syndrome.Method:Select60patients with PCOS diagnosed stagnation of cold and damp syndrome.Classify them into two groups(the treatment group and the control group) stochastically,in which the treatment group(treated with Si Ni Tang combined with Diane-35)30cases, in the control group(treated with Diane-35)30cases..The course of treatment should be last one treatment(three-month menstrual cycle). Observe the pregnant rate, the menstruation period,the ovulated rate, the changes of serum hormones (T、 LH) and so on.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is93.3%.The total effective of western group rate is76.7%.But the efficacy of combination is superior to the control group(P<0.05). Two groups of treamtment in the adjustment of the menstrual cycle,improve the TCM symptoms, lower ovarian volume involved will have a significant effect, the treatment group effect has statistically significant differences to the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the BBT bipolar rates of treamtment group and control group were46.7%and16.7%,and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).There were three cases of pregnancy in treatment group and there were no pregnancy in control group.The two groups were significantly at lower serum hormones like LH and T(P<0.01), the treatment group effect is stabilization.Conclusion:SiNiTang combined with Diane-35treating method was proved efficient in the clinical research,and it is better than western medicine group. It may treat patients with PCOS not only through improving menstruation, precipitating ovulation, pregnancy, but also lower testosterone,LH,and its clinical effect is stabilizing.
