| Objective To observe the influence of Cang Fu Dao Tan Tang Tia Tian Decoction on endocrine and glucose metabolism of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with insulin resistance, provide theoretical and experimental foundation for its clinical application and polycystic ovarian syndrome diagnosis and treatment.Methods60patients that meet the diagnostic criteria and selecting criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance are randomly divided into the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group, with30patients in each group. Western medicine group to oral metformin; TCM group to oral Cang Fu Dao Tan Tang Tia Tian Decoction, a course of treatment is3months, totally2courses. After the treatments, we would observe before and after treatment two groups of patients body mass index, insulin resistance, menstruation, pregnancy, and serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) content changes.Resultsâ‘ TCM group treatment of pcos with insulin resistance in patients with total efficiency of96.67%, ovulation rate of83.33%, pregnancy rate of28.57%; the western medicine group is83.33%,73.33%and21.43%, but no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);â‘¡TCM group and western group can reduce the pcos with insulin resistance serum LH, T, the INS level, increase of FSH level, and TCM group can also increase of E2level, but no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), before and after treatment group difference statistically significant (P<0.05);â‘¢Western medicine group and TCM group can reduce the body mass index, but the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups, the western medicine group to improve on the body mass index is superior to TCM, before and after treatment group difference statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cang Fu Dao Tan Tang Tia Tian Decoction can improve PCOS with insulin resistance in patients with serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), insulin (INS) metabolic disorders, playing a improve menstrual and pregnancy role. |
