Study On Sort Of The Therapeutical Principle And Methods Of Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment On Chronic Hepatitis B Longchaifang Re-evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The48CHB Patients

This study summarized the etiology, pathogenesis and the common treatment of CHB from the perspective of integrated medicine at the beginning. Secondly, it briefly introduced the current situation of the tcm therapy of CHB. At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the present study of the clinical therapy were analyzed. It states that modern medicine of the anti-HBV to treat CHB should be restricted because of the high price of the antiviral drugs, resistance after long-term use, relapse after drug withdrawal, or even aggravated. In recent years, more and more study shows that it may appear effect advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine(tcm) therapy of CHB.In addition, the classification offered summarize, collation and analysis based on the tcm treatment of CHB. There exists1896literatures through the literature search from January2007to april2011related to the treatment of CHB, excluding case reports, clinical experience of tcm, the Chinese and western medicine sequential therapy and the acupuncture therapy. Choose121literatures which have definite tcm therapy. From the collection of retrospective survey of8037cases of patients, Summarizes the68kinds of Chinese medicine treatment of CHB treatment method, in which the same, similar, different name same kind of treatment method, to summarize, draw a common treatment method in CHB. Its composition in the order of Heat clearing and detoxicating method20.78%, soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen method18.01%, method of clearing heat and removing dampness12.59%, replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen11.92%.Studies suggest that the main structure of the governing law to a certain extent, on behalf of the direction of the main rule of today’s Chinese medicine treatment of CHB.Finally,adopt the Long Chai Fang with the function of heat-clearing and detoxifying, soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.According to a randomized, double blind and double simulation, parallel placebo-controlled clinical study method, observing and evaluating the curative effect of the patient, who fit the CHB diagnostic criteria of48cases, comparing with Oxymatrine. The result shows:after the treatment, the patients using Long Chai Fang is better than the patients using Oxymatrine on the improvement of clinical symptoms and hepatic function. There’s no patent difference of reducing HBV-DNA and hepatitis B virus marker became negative. It could be firmly believed that by improvement of clinical symptoms and hepatic function. Long Chai Fang has some advantages, at the same time it has potential advantages on anti-HBV and reduce hepatitis B virus marker.This thesis summaized and obtain the main structure of CHB treatment, provided frames and structures, theoretical sources on further standard of the tcm theropy of CHB. Still, by the objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of Long Chai Fang which has the function of "heat-clearing and detoxifying, soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen",to provide reference from the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for representative.
