The Analysis Of T Lymphocyte Subsets, Interleukin-2Receptor,Tumor Necrosis Factor-α And TCM Symptom Of Vitiligo Vulgaris

Objective:1.To investigate the levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8, sIL-2R and TNF-a in peripheral blood of active vitiligo patients.2.To explore the relationship between the TCM symptoms of vitiligo and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, sIL-2R and TNF-a in peripheral blood.Methods:1.Thirty-five patients with active vitiligo vulgaris and twenty normal controls were included.2.Record vitiligo patients’ name,sex,age,subtype.stage,type of TCM with questionnaires.3.Measure the the levels of CD3,CD4and CD8in peripheral blood with flow cytometry, sIL-2R and TNF-a in peripheral blood with ELISA.4.Set up a database with Excel,using t test, rank-sum test and x2test to analyze data with SPSS19.0.Results:1. There were no differences in the age and sex of active vitiligo vulgaris patients(P>0.05).2.TCM syndroms had no relationship with the types.age and sex of vitiligo vulgaris(P>0.05).3.Compared with normal controls,the serum levels of CD3in active vitiligo vulgaris patients were lower(0.01<P<0.05); the serum levels of CD4were lower significantly(P<0.01); the serum levels of CD8and CD4/CD8presented no differences(P>0.05). Different type has different result. Compared with normal controls, the serum levels of CD3in sporadic active vitiligo patients were lower(0.01<P<0.05); the scrum levels of CD4were lower significantly(P<0.01); the serum levels of CD8and CD4/CD8presented no differences(P>0.05). Compared with normal controls, the serum levels of CD3.CD4,CD8and CD4/CD8in localized active vitiligo patients presented no differences(P>0.05).4.Compared with normal controls,the serum levels of sIL-2R in active vitiligo vulgaris patients were higher significantly(P<0.01); the serum levels of TNF-α were higher(0.01<P<0.05). Compared with normal controls,the serum levels of sIL-2R,TNF-α in sporadic active vitiligo patients were higher significantly(P<0.01).Compared with normal controls, the serum levels of sIL-2R.TNF-α in localized active vitiligo patients presented no differences(P>0.05). 5. The serum levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8, sIL-2R and TNF-a in Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and damp-heat syndrome of vitiligo patients presented no differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The serum levels of CD3and CD4in the patients with active vitiligo vulgaris were higher than those in normal controls,especially CD4.The serum levels of sIL-2R and TNF-a in the patients with active vitiligo vulgaris were higher significantly than those in normal controls.Different type has different result.Sporadic active vitiligo patients presented significantly different in comparison with the control group,while localized active vitiligo patients presented no difference.This finding may figue out that Vitiligo is a kind of auto-immune diseases with abnormal immuno-regulation.2. The serum levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8, sIL-2R and TNF-α in Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and damp-heat syndrome of vitiligo patients presented no differences.
