Purpose: This topic through the observation movement with rehabilitation trainingroutine therapy for patients with chronic heart failure (coronary heart disease) angiotensin II(AngII), endothelin1(ET-1) change the influence of the level,discussed the moving torehabilitation training for chronic heart failure (coronary heart disease) of the influence ofneuroendocrine system.Method:72cases of selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, and every36cases. The NYHA cardiacfunction evaluation classification two groups of patients before and after treatment of cardiacfunction change and clinical curative effect. YongMei league immune method to detectchronic heart failure patients angiotensin II, plasma endothelin1content changes.Result:1, Clinical observation results show that, the treatment group total effectiveness83.3%, the control group total effectiveness75%, the curative effect of two after statisticsprocessing significant difference (P <0.05), indicating that the curative effect of treatmentgroup was better than control group more.2, Two sets of patients AngII plasma and ET-1before treatment were significantly increased, and AngII and ET-1the expression level andthe severity of the heart failure is related; After treatment two groups of patients serum AngIIand ET-1level are down significantly, and treatment compared with before the difference (P <0.05), including the treatment group down degree is more obvious control group (P <0.01).Conclusion:1, Regular drug treatment of rehabilitation training with exercise obviouslyimprove cardiac function in patients with heart failure (coronary heart disease), better thansimple routine therapy;2,(coronary heart disease) chronic heart failure patients AngII plasmaand ET-1level with the degree of heart failure increases with the increased, and cardiacfunction was negatively related, visible AngII and ET-1level can reflect the changes inpatients with cardiac condition;3, Sports rehabilitation training to coronary heart diseasetreatment function heart failure patients may be through the lower AngII and ET-1theexpression level to fulfill.4, Sports rehabilitation training with safe and effective, simple and feasible, economic and other features, is worth popularizing widely application.
